Competitive Kickboxing

Looking for something more then fitness kickboxing? Well this is your chance. Learn to strike with power, increase your endurance and learn to fight. This is proper kickboxing training. Whether you choose to enter competition or to just come for the workout, you'll leave stronger, faster and with more confidence.

A typical class will involve pushups, situps, jump rope, bag drills, sparring and and plenty of sweat. Don't be confused between our Fitness Kickboxing program and the Competitive class. This class concentrates on muscle development, endurance, speed and fighting skills. You'll be exhausted when we're done and looking forward to the next session.
